Vagari reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online site at any time. The price payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered.
All prices are shown in British Pounds- currency conversion is subject to PayPal exchange rates at time of order.
Colours can vary slightly from those shown on your computer.
Payment Methods and Processing
Vagari currently accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express only. Goods are sent when the total amount has been approved and debited from your account. Placing your order means you are engaged in a contract and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered.
Deliveries and Shipping
Please note orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following day. (Mon-Fri)
You will receive your order in approximately 3-6 working days within Great Britain, and 7-14 days Internationally.
Delivery charge for orders £25 or under is £2.50, all orders over £25 are free within UK Mainland *shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class
Next Day Courier - £5.99
All parcels are shipped using Royal Mail or DPD within the UK.
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
You may return any item at your own postage cost.
Return within 60 days of receiving your purchase, to be eligible for a refund.
We strongly recommend you use a registered mail so you can track the postage.
Vagari will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received at our end if no tracking system was used.
Please note postage and packaging will not be refunded.
Bags have to be returned in new and unused condition, with tags on.
All items returned will undergo a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place. Vagari will not accept your return/exchange if we consider the item(s) used.
For approved returned items a refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the item.
We offer one free exchange on UK orders. This does not extend to the FREE bundle items that you have chosen when purchasing a bundle offer.
How exchanges work:
Call the office on 01908 714562 to arrange your exchange, you will then need to download your Royal Mail label, we can also send you a Tracked Return Label if you do not have a printer.
We ask you to return the exchange bag as soon as you can when you receive your label, or immediately if you have used our online account with Royal Mail

All exchange postage is tracked - but please get proof of postage.
*Sale/clearance items cannot be exchanged
In the event that you receive a faulty Vagari product, the notification must be given within 7 days of receiving the item, and the return of the product must be received within 14 days.

Faulty items will be assessed and, if appropriate, you have the choice of receiving (i) a full refund for the value of the product
(ii) an exact replacement (stock dependent)
(iii) the same item following repair by us.
We offer repairs/replacements/refunds to bags that have legitimate manufacturing faults within a 6 month period from the date of purchase.
This does not cover reasonable wear and tear where the bag has not been looked after or stored properly when not in use. Stains, marked or torn fabric, or soiled items are not covered in our warranty.
We offer a refund for faulty clothing within a 3 month period, and a credit note from 3-6months. If you have any issues after 6month this will be at the Companies discretion.
All damaged goods require a phone call or email to Head Office +44 (0) 1908 714562 firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be sent a mailing bag and instructions on how to returning the faulty item.
