We offer one free exchange on all UK orders.

A £4.50 charge applies if you require a second exchange.
  1. Click the Exchange Button and complete the form.
  2. We will raise your exchange order and email you a Royal Mail tracked return label. You can also book a home or office collection if preferred.
  3. Please package your bag securely and include the original paperwork so we can identify your return.
  4. Once your bag is returned to our office, we will dispatch your replacement. We do not charge the £4.50 return fee for exchanges.
  5. Use our Royal Mail Returns Portal to request a label or QR code, or arrange a Royal Mail home collection. Don't worry if you see the Mia Tui Returns Portal – it's our sister company and the official returns service for your order. No printer? :

  6. All exchange returns are fully tracked. Please keep proof of postage until your exchange is complete.

Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged.

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your purchase for a refund.

You can also request a return via your Vagari Bags account.

Returns via our Royal Mail portal are subject to a £4.50 charge

Alternatively, you may return items at your own postage cost.

Postage and packaging are non-refundable.

Items must be in new and unused condition, with tags attached and in original packaging (including dust bag if applicable).

All returns will undergo a quality control check. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We strongly recommend using registered/tracked mail. Vagari Bags cannot be held responsible for lost returns without tracking.

Please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order if you have supplied the wrong address.

If your order has already shipped, we’ll need to wait for tracking to show the parcel is returning to Vagari Bags before we can resend your order.
